The CP5525, M750 and M775MFP printers may display error codes 59.00. 0C or 59. C0, usually preceded by grinding noises or missing colors. This can be caused by issues with the developer alienation motor, main drive assembly gears or broken developer alienation lever caps on the shutter arms.

 3. If the product was previously serviced, check the intermediate connector (J87) of the developing

developing disengagement motor, and the connector (J261) on the high-voltage power supply PCA.
