خطای 59.00.02

این ایراد مربوط به موتور تغذیه(Feeder) است. شما فقط می توانید چند کار را انجام دهید:
 
1) می توانید بررسی کنید که آیا کانکتورهای موتور تغذیه هم در کنترلر DC و هم در خود موتور به خوبی متصل هستند.
2) می‌توانید تست موتور تغذیه را از طریق تست مؤلفه در بخش Administration->Troubleshooting->Diagnost->Component Test->Feed motor (موتور پیکاپ یا کاغذکش) انجام دهید. اگر صدایی نمی شنوید یا اگر دوباره همان خطا را دریافت کردید، موتور تغذیه باید تعویض شود.

Error 59.00.02

This is a fault related to the feed motor. You can do only a couple of things:
 
1) You can check if the connectors of the feed motor are well connected both at DC controller and the motor itself.
2) You can make a feed motor test through the component test under Administration->Troubleshooting->Diagnosing->Component Test->Feed motor (or pickup motor). If you can't hear any sound or if you get the same error again, then the feed motor needs replacing.
