خطای 58.00.04

خطای 58.00.04 معمولا زمانی رخ می‌دهد که دستگاه با منبع تغذیه ولتاژ پایین مواجه می‌شود.

بنابراین به عنوان یک راه حل ساده برای این مشکل، می توانید بررسی کنید که آیا پرینتر از طریق UPS وصل است یا مستقیما به پریز برق.
اگر چاپگر از طریق UPS وصل شده است، در صورت امکان، آن را به طور مستقیم به پریز برق وصل کنید و بررسی کنید که آیا مشکل برطرف شده یا همچنان ادامه دارد، اگر همچنان همین خطا را دریافت کردید یعنی مشکل در منبع تغذیه ولتاژ پایین است.

گاهی ممکن است پرینتر با ولتاژ نامناسبی تغذیه شده باشد، به عنوان مثال ممکن است پرینتر شما 220v باشد و شما آن را با برق 110 ولت تغذیه کرده باشید، بنابراین لطفاً از کابل کشی مناسب برای ولتاژ 110 ولت / 220 ولت اطمینان حاصل کنید و مطمئن شوید که همه کابل ها به درستی وصل شده اند.

Error 58.00.04

The 58.00. 04 Error occurs when the product experiences a low voltage power supply is when unit malfunctions. Hi, The error msg denotes that "The product has experienced a low voltage power supply unit malfunction."

So as a workaround for this issue you can check whether the printer is connected through UPS or to the raw power socket.

If the printer is connected through UPS then if possible, try connecting it to the raw power socket and check and if the issue persists that means issue is in low voltage power supply

Turn the product off, then on if same issue persists .Check with different working power socket  If the error persists, replace the low voltage power supply

Please ensure proper cabling for 110v/220v  and ensure all cables are completely plugged in.
