این مشکل چاپگر HP معمولاً با مشکلات درایور یا کابل چاپگر مرتبط است. چاپگر را خاموش و روشن کنید سپس این پیغام خطا ناپدید می شود.
اگر این روش کار نمی کند. چاپگر را خاموش کنید و کابل برق را به مدت 30 ثانیه خارج کنید، کابل چاپگر را بردارید و دوباره روشن کنید.
اگر مشکل حل نشد ممکن است مشکل سخت افزاری باشد.
